The University of Oregon selected SP+ to conduct a comprehensive operational review of the Department of Parking and Transportation (DPT). With a broad array of subject matter expertise, the university team analyzed the client operations and provided expert advice on achieving the highest returns and best customer service.
As a part of the review, SP+ analyzed the current operations of the University’s parking and transportation department, compared practices to peer institutions and industry best practices, and analyzed the operations at the Columbia Garage.
SP+ identified to the client areas for operational improvement and made recommendations on how to best use the facility to complement overall parking and transportation strategy, and to maximize revenue.
